How TriShell handles personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / nLPD) and the EU GDPR.
Who is responsible
TriShell is operated by Finemetrics. For the content you and your organisation index and query, your organisation is the controller and we process it on your behalf, as set out in our agreement with you.
What data we process
Account and sign-in details, the documents and connector data you choose to index, the questions you ask and the answers returned, audit events, and the details you send through the demo request form. The exact scope depends on how your organisation uses TriShell.
Why we process it
To provide the service you have asked for, to keep it secure and auditable, and to reply to your enquiries. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes.
Hosting, AI models and retention
Where your data is hosted, which AI models process it, and how long it is kept depend on the deployment your organisation chooses and are agreed with you in writing. Tell us your requirements and we will confirm them for your setup.
Security
We design TriShell around access control, separation between customers and auditability. Security measures for your deployment are described in the documentation we provide on request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may complain to the Swiss FDPIC or your EU supervisory authority. Write to us and we will help, or direct your request to your organisation if it is the controller.
Cookies
TriShell uses only what it needs to work, such as your theme preference and your sign-in session.
